Paige Frisone

All the way from the Chicago 'burbs, Paige Frisone followed her intuition to answer the call of the Colorado mountains. Having studied English Literature and creative writing at Butler University, as well as the offerings of Naropa University's Jack Kerouac School of Writing, Paige uses writing as a means to empower others in the psychological, mental health and spiritual realms. Her many passions stem from a restless heart and an endless seeking for truth and meaning, encouraging her to live life fully through a curious, conscious, and adventurous lens. A highly ambitious chameleon, poet, social media fanatic and healer, Paige's writing highlights can be found in Boulder's local Elephant Journal, as well as in the mental health awareness organization, Where I Stand. In her free time, Paige volunteers with the online therapy forum, 7 Cups of Tea, as an Active Listener for those struggling with mental illness; she is also an avid reader and journaler. Paige believes in the power of words, self-expression, and the ability to make a difference through the crafts of writing, learning, and living.
