The sunrise’s red over the morning of the last weekend of the Boulder County Fair. The last of the heifers and roosters are back at their home farms. The prizes are almost all given, EXCEPT we still have Saturday and Sunday to not overlook. Plenty of adventure awaits from the animals to the arcade. The hopes of many 4-Hers can be be felt in the air. Main Entry is free and spending  is as always optional.

Take advantage of the last two days of the Boulder County Fair, “Lions and Tigers and Bears! Well not exactly. “Llamas and Roosters and Goats” is more like our fair today! And they are amazing. Bred and raised by mostly 4-H members, this tribute to American agriculture is alive and well in Boulder. The Fair seems to wake up for real around 2 PM as the arcade, the great white way, the rides and more open for business and for our entertainment.
