Boulder Infrared Magic: Highest Heat, Maximum Relaxation!

firewoods on fire

It is common to use heat for relaxation. Is there something magical about infrared heat?  YES!

An infrared sauna blanket provides an especially good heat source with enhanced pain reduction.

Unlike a classic heating pad, infrared as a heat source offers special benefits. Instead of surface heat, infrared head penetrates. The heat is not just surface heat. It penetrates. When the heat is provided by infrared, special penetration is offered. Instead of just heating the surface of the body, infrared is well known as a source of penetrating heat. The heat, provided in the right frequency range, penetrates.

Infrared saunas offer several benefits compared to traditional saunas, in addition to being in a safer range of the light spectrum, has other significant advantages. Here are some of the most important advantages of infrared heat:

Deeper Penetration: infrared has an unusual property of penetrating move deeply.

than traditional sauna heat, promoting  better detoxification and muscle relaxation.

Lower Operating Temperature: Infrared saunas operate at a lower temperature (usually between 120°F to 150°F) than making them more comfortable for those who find high heat challenging.

Improved Circulation: The heat from infrared saunas can improve blood circulation, which can help with muscle recovery and reduce inflammation.

Detoxification: Infrared heat can help the body release toxins through sweat, including heavy metals and environmental chemicals.

Weight Loss: The increase in core body temperature from infrared heat can boost metabolism and promote calorie burning, potentially aiding in weight loss.

Skin Health: Infrared saunas can improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity by promoting better circulation and sweat production, which helps clear out impurities from the skin.

Pain Relief: The deep heat can alleviate pain from conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and muscle injuries by reducing stiffness and improving blood flow to the affected areas.

Relaxation and Stress Reduction: The gentle heat from infrared saunas can help relax muscles and promote a sense of well-being, reducing stress and tension.

Improved Sleep: Regular use of infrared saunas can help improve sleep quality by promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels.

The blue/violet end at the bottom carries higher energy than the red/infrared at the top of the spectrum. Importantly, this produces heat with lower energy levels. It is therefor safer. Cardiovascular Health: Some studies suggest that the heat from infrared saunas can improve cardiovascular health by increasing heart rate and improving vascular function, similar to the effects of moderate exercise.

Unlike ultraviolet heat sources, the radiation produced by infrared is provided at a lower energy level. Ultraviolet heat is produced by higher energy heat sources.

The electromagnetic spectrum presents higher energy level. Infrared present lower energy levels. Infrared heat sources a known to penetrate far more readily. An infrared sleeping bag provides the benefit of providing heat from both above and below.

Using an infrared sauna can be a relaxing and therapeutic experience with multiple health benefits, particularly for those who may not tolerate the higher temperatures of traditional saunas.

In total, an infrared sauna blanket provides safer more effective heat for many reasons including virtually zero EMF (electromagnetic fields).
