Boulder Launches Pilot Program for Emergency Disaster Response
Boulder has launched a new team referred to as Emergency Response Connectors to provide guidelines and support to the Boulder community regarding the COVID-19 epidemic. The team seeks to educate the community and document and report back any concerns.
The team will adhere to current social distancing standards. Boulder is hoping to provide a trusted voice to the community to help residents decipher what is real and important in the midst of an overload of information from many sources.
Members of the team will meet with city staff weekly to maintain up-to-date information and guidelines, as well as to voice any concerns that may need to be addressed from residents.
