Boulder Weekend Events

This weekend kicks off the Pumpkin Pie Days Antique and Collectibles Show. Over eighty antique dealers traveling from Colorado as well as over the country will be on hand as well as a bake sale (complete with pumpkin pie). An on-site café will be providing lunch for attendees and all sales will benefit the St.Vrain Historical Society.

Cost: $5 for adults, free admission for 12 years old and under

The out-of-this-world art of Android Jones will be open to the public at his new studio at the Open Studios Fall Artist Tour this weekend, and will be on display throughout October. Come and see the amazing skills of this Boulder-raised visionary.

Sunday, October 11
The Open Studios Fall Artist Tour this weekend is a free event and will feature over 124 artists. This personal and self-guided tour will make it possible for patrons to not only create their own gallery walk, but to also connect with the artists, who will be on hand at their own studios. The city of Longmont will be celebrating the well-known Dia de los Muertos with the Day of the Dead Catrina Doll Exhibition. Local artists and patrons will have their large-scale Catrina dolls on exhibition and a traditional “ofrenda,” or altar, will be constructed on-site in celebration of this day.
