Boulder’s Crisp & Green Rocks!

Boulder’s Crisp & Green Rocks!!! They really do make it easy to find food that is fast, healthy, reasonably priced, and unpretentious. I was lucky to get to visit to  sample all of the fall menu changes at Crisp & Green. It is located on 29th Street, at the South end of the 29th Street Mall. The restaurant, happily, cannot decide if it is an upscale health food meal or if it is a fast food that happens to be wonderful! I’m calling it both.

While The Great Color Layout Is Accidental, (I asked), The Fresh Ingredients and The Shiny-Clean Surfaces Are NOT Accidents!

I see two things in the food bins. First, everything is sparkling clean. Second, every ingredient is fresh and bright. What do I want on my bowl? What DON’T I want on it??

The Fall Menu Changes include the return of some winter favorites, and in introduction of some new items! The choices are marvelous and worthy of their own blog.

Attention to detail is not just inside the kitchen. Even the most basic self-serve beverage station has a beautiful piece of wall art to set it off.

The design of the restaurant speaks to classy efficiency. This is true  both inside the kitchen and outside in the guest areas. The environment is comfortable, and it’s about the food.

I see two critical things. One: CLEAN!!! surfaces!!! and two: FRESH INGREDIENTS!!!
