Boulder’s Postino WineCafe on Pearl Street has become a local favorite for wine lovers and foodies alike. Their Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu features three courses and is available through February 28th – still time to grab a reservation before the month ends.

Ever since Postino WineCafe opened their doors in Boulder, I knew I would become a regular. A carefully curated space for yummy bites, a memorable pour, and lingering conversation, this place quickly earned its place as a Boulder staple. It has become one of my go-to spots, especially this February with their Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu.

After the opening of the Postino Boulder location, I had waited patiently for months to gather with friends for their board and bottle deal (since I was a year shy of joining in). Twenty-five bucks for a bruschetta board and a quality bottle of wine? It became a little fantasy of mine. Finally, the night of my 21st birthday arrived, and there was nowhere else I would have rather celebrated than Postino. And as luck would have it, my birthday fell on a Tuesday — board and bottle night.

Located conveniently in the heart of Pearl Street, Postino Boulder is hard to miss. In the summer, I sit on the patio and sip rosé. During the winter months, I lounge in a booth inside, alongside a glass of red. Rain or shine, Postino is the ultimate evening spot to unwind and connect.

There is something magical about the whole experience. Vintage roller skates hung along the back wall, books and knickknacks lining the shelves between booths, bruschetta topped with different delicacies awaiting you on a wooden board. Needless to say, it is not hard to convince me to stay a while at Postino.

One of my favorite parts of the feeling it gives you is getting to share it with others. I love bringing friends for special occasions; it always feels so precious to celebrate by raising a glass at Postino. I recently brought my friend there to toast to her birthday; we were lucky enough to experience the Valentine’s prix fixe menu together, and we savored every bite. Creamy Burrata cheese served with blood oranges, arugula, and fried capers followed by delicious chicken skewers and a Bruschetta board had us feeling quite full. Luckily, we had just enough room left for a Brownie à la mode. Jordi, the amazing manager, even lit a candle for Dilly to blow out in honor of her birthday!

The Postino team is the heart that keeps the party going. They are always rolling out new and exciting variations on their magnificent menu. With a rotating wine list and a “Chef’s Choice” bruschetta of the month, you will never be bored. For February, the Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu consists of three courses. First, a choice between Crispy Cauliflower, Seasonal Burrata, or their delectable OMG Grilled Cheese. The second course includes either their famous Bruschetta Board, the P.R.E.A.M. Bowl, or the Caprese Panini. And last but not least, you get to enjoy Hot Donut Dots or a Brownie for dessert. This limited-time menu runs until the end of February; it is priced starting at $50 for two, making it perfect for a Valentine’s night out.

Whether you are looking for a weekly hangout ritual or a special occasion date night spot, Postino is the place.
