Local favorite pottery story Color Me Mine is hosting a painting party that goes until midnight this Friday. While there is normally a studio fee, this party is meant to bring the community together, and you only need to pay for the piece of pottery that you paint.

5. Flavors of Thailand

Hosted at Food Lab in Boulder, this one-of-a-kind experience is a cooking class you can do with a group of friends, and make something that may be too difficult to do on your own. This experience explores the flavors of Thailand, where, “The best part about this class may be all the delicious smells of ginger, lemongrass and garlic, to name a few! And if you have never made curry paste from scratch, now is the time!”

 

 

Kaylee was raised (but not *technically* born) in Colorado. She graduated from Regis University with a bachelor of arts in English. During her time at Regis she worked as a teaching assistant in a freshman classroom setting and in the writing center helping students on a variety of topics. While there, she discovered Cura Personalis, or care for the entire person, leading to her love of feminism and desire for equal rights for all. Kaylee is the managing editor for AboutBoulder, OnDenver, and a key member of the OnMetro team, launching this platform in cities across the United States.
