Meet Alex! She is a sophomore at CU Boulder and spent the day tubing down the creek! After all the heavy rain in the early summer, the water has finally slowed down enough to float down! Although Alex says the water is still very, very cold. Even though it was a sunny day, she never totally got used to the water temperature and was trying her best not to flip over in the rapids. However, it didn’t work and she was fully dunked under a few times!

Alex chose Boulder because of its beautiful campus and all the fun outdoor activities and is happy the weather is getting nice enough to take full advantage of them, if only for a few hours a day!
