Meet Lars Gesing, a graduate student studying Journalism at the University of Colorado. He came to Boulder in 2013 from Hamburg, Germany.

“I got to meet quite a few people, which is cool for someone nerdy about politics, like me!” One of those interviews, Gesing said, was with Mark Udall.

When asked about his experience in Boulder, it should come as no surprise that Gesing talked about its amazing outdoor opportunities.

“I love the outdoors—skiing, hiking, you name it. You can drive and hour and be at the best ski resorts you can think of.”
