The best intentions! I had the best intentions of parking at the Rec Center and walking up to the Peach Festival, South on Public Road. I did not make it! I did however (thanks Dear!!!) end up at the North end of the Rec Center lot, at the skateboard park. What a field of dreams!!! To our great fortune, several young men were skating. We could chat, watch, and photograph.

First, the casual approach. Samuel Tenaglia calmly gathers his thoughts, looking ever so cool and casual as he visualizes his moves in advance.

For this picture I was set up on wide angle, waiting for the talented man to come out of the “pool” in front of me so I could click the shutter and cross my fingers. Shutter priority,  wide angle setting, patience, and LUCK! The pool here is about 11 feet 3.3 meters.

And then of course a big-air exit!
