Saturday, October 3
Berthoud will be hosting their annual Oktoberfest, celebrating Germany and offering food, activities, and all things traditional of the German culture. All donations will benefit the Berthoud Community Chamber.

Location: Fickel Park, 6th street, Berthoud.
Thortnon will be unveiling a frightful night of fun with the Haunted Field of Screams. This one-of-a-kind event is the largest in Northern Colorado and spans 35 acres. Only those brave enough to venture here can take part in the Dead Man’s Night Maze and the Zombie Paintball Massacre!
Time: Sundown to midnight Friday and Saturday; sundown to 10pm Thursday and Sunday (all if weather permits)
Cost: $24 general admission; $35 VIP (no waiting in line)
Location: E. 104th and Riverdale, Thornton.
Sunday, October 4
In honor and celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month, The Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center will be hosting Mariposa Day this weekend. Interactive learning will be available as the center focuses on North, Central, and South American invertebrates.
Time: 9am
Cost: $4 children 12 and under; $2 off of adult admission
Location: Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center, Westminster.
Support a good cause and bring your loved ones to the Family Harvest Festival. The Family Garden, a community resource center focused on helping parents, will be putting on this fundraising event. Live entertainment, as well as autumn-centered activities and food trucks will be on hand.
