1. Tube to work day at Eben G. Fine Park

Tube to work day started as a challenge between two friends to see if they could get to work without the use of a personal vehicle. Tube to work day was born, and now thousands of people flock to Boulder creek with their own tubes to flock to their place of employment. Arrive early if you need to use any of their equipment (or need to get to work on time).

2. Pearl Street Arts Fest

More than 100 artists from around the country will gather on Pearl Street to display and sell fine art and jewelry. The event also includes children’€™s activities, interactive performances and more.

3. 40th Anniversary Celebration at Boulder Beer Company

07/20, 12 pm


Celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Boulder Beer Company with a packed-full day of events. The party starts at noon, and the brewery will offer tasting tickets starting at $10, karaoke at 6 pm, a vertical tasting with the Brewmaster at 3, brewery tours at 2 and 4, and lunch and dinner served throughout the day.

4. Phish for Kids at Boulder Theater

07/21 Doors at 11 am, show at 11:30 am


Come see the Rock a Roll Playhouse, a family concert series that encourages young kids to dance along to classic rock that the whole family will enjoy. Families with children age ten and under can explore games, movement, stories and  rocking out in an effort to educate children and explore their creativity. Tickets start at $15, with kids under 1 free.

Kaylee was raised (but not *technically* born) in Colorado. She graduated from Regis University with a bachelor of arts in English. During her time at Regis she worked as a teaching assistant in a freshman classroom setting and in the writing center helping students on a variety of topics. While there, she discovered Cura Personalis, or care for the entire person, leading to her love of feminism and desire for equal rights for all. Kaylee is the managing editor for AboutBoulder, OnDenver, and a key member of the OnMetro team, launching this platform in cities across the United States.
