The Planning Area of Erie is 48 square miles in size, stretching from the north side of State Highway 52 south to State Highway 7, and between US 287 on the west and Interstate 25 on the east. Erie, CO – On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary will hold its first-ever 5K/10K race, titled the Ahimsa-thon. The event will take place on their beautiful Erie-based property. Runners will pass by the animal residents of Luvin Arms while taking in panoramic views of the Front Range.
