  1. Hosea Rosenberg – Chef and owner of Blackbelly Market and Blackbelly Catering, Hosea Rosenberg is a James Beard Foundation award-winning chef. He won the fifth season of the reality television show “Top Chef” in 2008.
  2. Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson – Chef and co-owner of Frasca Food and Wine, Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson is a James Beard Foundation award-winning chef. He won the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Southwest in 2008.
  3. Eric Skokan – Chef and owner of Black Cat Farm and Black Cat Bistro, Eric Skokan is a James Beard Foundation award nominee. He has been nominated for Best Chef: Southwest in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
  4. Bradford Heap – Chef and owner of Wild Standard and Salt Bistro, Bradford Heap is a two-time James Beard Foundation award nominee. He was nominated for Best Chef: Southwest in 2011 and 2013.
