Boulder Real Estate Sales Drop off a Cliff
April was the worst month for real estate sales in Boulder County since the pandemic has begun. With over a 60% decrease in sales volume compared to April 2019. It’s not all bad news though, as the price of homes that are selling have remained strong. With interest rates so low, analysts would typically predict high sales volume and lower home prices – opposite of what we’re experiencing.
