House Showings and Sales Plummet Across Colorado
With the combined stay-at-home order, as well as health and safety concerns regarding COVID-19, the housing market is starting to get hit. In a year over year comparison, showings were down over 90% last month(April 2020 vs April 2019). Additionally, closing have dropped by over 30% as well.
As the orders are lifted and more businesses begin to open, it will be interesting to follow the trends in the Real Estate Market. Colorado has one of the hottest markets in the nation, so a recovery seems inevitable when the world normalizes.
