The great thing about Saturday is the worldly adventure continues with Zuruna, Music of Israel and Palestine. This event is meant to bring the community together through the music of other cultures and to spread peace.
This is the first of a concert series meant to raise funds in order to restore the almost 100-year old Crescent Grange building.
Time: 7am
Cost: For Crescent Grange Members: $12 advance, $20 at door (if available); all other attendees $25

Sunday, June 7
Leslie C. Lewis will be leading the informative Edible Weeds and Wild Medicinals class, where she will use her experience as a certified clinical herbalist to teach you how to take advantage of the weeds that are usually a nuisance, and put them to good use.
Lewis is also a flower essence practitioner and will show the best ways to forage for and prepare the wild plants that have the best healing properties fr you to use at home. As someone who has successfully made natural bug spray from plant and oil ingredients, I know this is not one you will want to miss for summer!
