Turbo-Max Mania: The Wild World of Our Cartoon Commuter Cars Unleashed
Driving outside of Boulder is hazardous. Some, not all, but some of the drivers on my warm-weather escape are a tad challenging. Truth be told, it can be downright terrifying to navigate the highways outside of our home in Boulder. Perhaps the best way to adapt to this different style of driving is to have a specially designed car, meant for the rigors of aggressive fast and tightly packed drivers and cars.
With that in mind, the following Florida Freeway TurboGuardian design is offered to the world. It is intended for safe driving in an unsafe environment. I wanted to share my design here, first. So in the spirit of safety and sanity, mine being challenged daily, I share this with the world. I give you…..
THE TURBO-GUARDIAN ORIGINAL
Turbo-Guardian II
For the feint of heart, perhaps the economy model of the full-sized Turbo-Guardian is more attractive. In that spirit, I offer the Turbo-Guardian II. While retaining many of the advance features of the premier Turbo-Guardian Original, the “II” or “DeuceGuard” as it is known by its aficionados, comes un-painted, and without the 975 horsepower turbo of the original. Instead it comes standard with a 1250 horsepower nuclear fusion engine.
Finally, I offer a third option, the Turbo-Guardian Extreme Max! This final offering is at home from the highways of Florida to the off-road needs in Colorado. It is truly an all-purpose all-road all off-road vehicle. I have a pair on order, to be delivered once the sound system is installed. All models have full leather interiors and 1200 watt 7 channel sound systems with dual subwoofers.
