Boulders Oldest House
Having been constructed in 1865, the Squires-Tourtellot House is Boulder’s oldest surviving residence. Double-hung windows, six over six wood lintels, louvered shutters and a steeply pitched gable roof with chimneys distinguish this residence as the sole specimen of New England country architecture in Boulder. You can find it located at 1019 Spruce Street.
