This renowned house, located at 1619 Pine St., just a few blocks from the Pearl Street Mall, is a favorite Boulder site, especially among fans of the 1970s comedy “Mork and Mindy.” It was the residence of the character Mindy. “Mork & Mindy” was a popular sitcom in the late 1970’s. Yesterday the world learned of the tragic death of comedian Robin Williams, age 63. His work, spanning across 5 decades, touched the lives of millions, particularly the Boulder community. His career began in the late 70s show, “Mork and Mindy”, which took place in Boulder.
