Boulder & Niwot Make Colorado’s Most Expensive Home List

Stacker used Zillow data to create a ranking of Colorado cities with the most costly homes. The Zillow Home Values Index ranks cities for all homes as of April 2022.  The average property value in the most costly city on the list is $2,830,071, which is 387 percent higher than the state average of $581,101.
