Meet Diana and Rachel! These two fashion gurus are both fulltime students originally from Parker, Colorado. Diana, on the left, enjoys creating her own dresses. She admits she is a slight procrastinator, but enjoys the pressure of creating under deadlines. Rachel loves the crazy weather Colorado has, and that it “keeps things exciting” she said. She wishes to one day own her own clothing line, that would promote the natural beauty of women. Meet Hallie! This freshman chemistry student is originally from Illinois, but was raised most of her life in Parker Colorado. Her favorite activities include snowboarding and hiking. She loves that she is close to the mountains, and the “crazy” weather Colorado has. The quick changing climate “keeps things exciting” Hallie remarked. In her free time, Hallie loves star gazing through her own telescope. “The Cygnus constellation is my favorite. Meet Jasper! This full time student is originally from Golden Colorado, but moved for school. He “loves-loves-loves” skiing, and mentioned that his favorite resort right now is Steamboat. When asked what he would like to do with his future, Jasper replied he wanted to open a floral shop. “I’m not like most people. I don’t need a lot of money to make me happy. Meet Marc, this part-time student, full time adventurer spends as much time outside as he possibly can. “I just love being out in nature”, Marc said, “And when winter comes, I love being on my snowboard.” Originally from Ohio, Marc moved to Glenwood Springs in 2011. This group of Colorado climbers spent the day in the Flatirons, practicing knots and rappelling techniques. The sun set as they spent the final hours of daylight dropping down the cliff face.
