Colorado Supreme Court Gives Boulder the Green Light on Climate Lawsuit
In a major legal development, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled 5-2 in favor of allowing Boulder and Boulder County to move forward with their lawsuit against Exxon Mobil and Suncor Energy. Vacancy Tax Delayed by Boulder City Council
Boulder City Council decided to postpone placing a proposed vacancy tax on the 2025 ballot.
