This weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday has Boulder again hosting the annual outdoor Art Fest on the Boulder Mall. Many local artists display their works, lining the already beautiful Boulder Mall. I will write a blog with “real” pictures of my Sunday visit to the Art Fest. In the meantime, in anticipation of the fundamentally human-created pictures, I put together these CHATgpt pics. I’ll take a little of the credit for knowing how and what to ask CHAT to paint. On the other hand, I could not have done this alone.

CHAT frequently does better with the Boulder Mall. I love the display of the art and the crowds enjoying the show.

This artist at work is done “in the style of Caravaggio.” To my eye, Caravaggio’s style is elegantly presented. It is most dramatically present in the picture being painted by our artist. I personally love pictures of artists painting pictures. So many have done it so many different ways and most are fascinating. The POV point of view is striking and thought-provoking.

Having Vermeer’s name place on the picture by AI CHAT works for me. I did direct that the picture of people drinking at a pub to cool off while enjoying the art show be in the style of Vermeer. Again, I got what I asked for!

My final painting by CHATgpt with my instruction has a picture of sunrise on the Flatirons in the style of Starry Night Van Gogh. I have a soft spot in my heart for his paintings and his styles. We know I have a soft spot in my head!
