Meet Silka! She goes to college in North Carolina but for the summer has traded her beach hammock for one in the mountains. Silka came down to visit Boulder and, despite some rain, spent the day exploring the Flatirons. The scenery here is a bit different from the beaches of the East Coast, and while talking to her, she couldn’t stop saying what an amazing place we have right in our backyards.

After a while of hiking she set up a hammock over a small stream to listen to the water and just take everything in. While her visit to Boulder was short, she promises she will be back soon to keep exploring this beautiful place!
