We are so lucky in having a variety of top flight gyms in Boulder that picking seven is great, since some are ones with which we are not familiar. This could have been a list of the top 10, top 15, or top 24 without stretching the imagination. Remember that for our older readers, many are free with Medicare. For example, the “Y” gym in Lafayette at 95th and 287, free to those on Medicare, is far better than would be expected for a free option for some. University of Colorado students and faculty have options not available to the general public.

Here’s a suggested list. REMEMBER that ANY gym is likely better than no gym at all. Just like walking 1/4 mile is way better than not walking at all, time in the gym is immeasurably better than spending no time in the gym. If we don’t take care of our corporeal reality, who will?
