Dr. Brenna Bray is a local health and wellness coach, stress researcher, associate professor, and ultra-marathon mountain runner. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience, complemented by postdoctoral training in Complementary and Integrative Health and Eating Disorders. Bray's personal journey through an eating disorder fueled her dedication to coaching, bridging personal experiences with scientific expertise.

In her health coaching practice, Bray empowers clients to access and harness their innate healing abilities to achieve remarkable health and wellness transformations. Embracing Boulder's community-driven ethos, Bray actively fosters connections and aids newcomers. Transitioning into teaching, expanding coaching offerings, and spearheading a nonprofit for eating disorder research, Dr. Bray is committed to shaping a brighter, healthier future for all.
