Boulder is known for many things. One thing is our priority to health and immersing ourselves in the latest health food trends. So it’s not surprise there are a plethora of gluten-free, paleo, or vegan options around Boulder. My favorite meal of the week is brunch (as with many other people I’m sure!) and sometimes it makes me a little bummed that I have to wait until the weekend to get it… That was until Snooze came to town!
