Meet Nick! He spent the day summiting Bear Peak, before heading back down for a microbrew in Boulder. This was his first time reaching the top of Bear, and his favorite portion of his hike was going off trail and scrambling up the rock face. A day exploring is never a day wasted! It’s even better when you find yourself off trail. This fulltime student took a break from studying to get out and enjoy the beautiful countryside Colorado has to offer. After hiking a trail in the Flatirons, he decided to go off route and scramble up a fallen tree.
