Sometimes, writing about art and theater feels a lot like falling down the proverbial rabbit hole as I try to find the angle to write about wandering through a haunted-theater immersive experience, getting splashed in a Halloween horror show in the basement of a spaghetti emporium, sweating through a DIY D&D in a comic shop, savoring (har har!) Meet Hermee! This traveling performer is a balloon artist and a circus clown that spends his days making people smile. Starting on the east coast, he makes his way west every year, and then travels to Hong Kong for the winters. This is his third year in Boulder, and he loves the people and culture in this city.
