  Success by design. That is how you could describe Juliana’s journey from Washington state to Boulder. Juliana is in the ENVD program and you can tell with just one look in her apartment. She works at a desk that she designed and built, her bed sits on the floor because she has not built the frame just yet, and a lamp she designed lights her friend’s apartment across the street.
