Meet Levin! The food, open space and various outdoor opportunities are just a few of the reasons why Sliker loves Boulder!  He has his Bachelors, Masters and PhD in Mechanical Engineering and is now hoping to become a college instructor. Meet James Scherrer of My Mom’s Pie!  He considers Boulder his hometown but is currently living in Gunbarrel. He is a fourth-generation Coloradan on his mom’s side and a sixth-generation on his dad’s! “We use Great-Grandma Hazel’s recipes,” Scherrer says. Meet John!  Born and raised in Denver, John is just about as Colorado as it gets!  He has worked as a library technician at the University of Colorado Boulder for 21 years.  He says that the University is his favorite part of Boulder. “Macbeth’s atmosphere puts it high up on the list,” he says when talking about his favorite book. “Colorado encourages individualism in solitude,” John says. When Michelle Theall was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2003, she wondered if she would still be able to do the things that she loved.  Well, after years of running, Theall has pushed those doubts to the side.  After competing in collegiate athletics at Texas Tech, her strong suit being the 800 meters, Theall has a passion for running that is contagious.
