2. Be Involved Fair at Norlin Quadrangle, CU Boulder Campus

This welcome event for students is brought to you by the Center for Student Inclusion and the Volunteer Resource Center. The fair is a networking event to see what’s happening on campus and how you can get involved, including nonprofit organizations and volunteer opportunities.

3. Steel Pulse at Chautauqua Auditorium

This reggae band will be performing at Chautauqua Auditorium and will be presented by 97.3 KBCO. The band would like to also remember the late drummer Steve “Grizzly” Nisbett. (15 March 1948 – 18 January 2018), who was a drummer for the reggae group Steel Pulse from 1977 to 2001.

4. The Annex at The Fox Theatre

This “Best of College” edition of Annex brings together Christian college students at the start of the school year for a night of worship, talking, and meeting new friends. There is no cost for the event, so feel free to bring a group of friends.

About his newest, album, Jose says “I started out thinking that I wanted to continue in the same minimalistic style as on my two previous records, but once I started the actual recordings I soon realized that most of the songs turned out better with added guitars and a more beat-like percussion, and with more backing vocals. Personally, I think this made it a more interesting and varied album.” Tickets start at $38.
