Mountain Sun is a fun, laid back restaurant known for its craft beers, amazing service and tasty pub grub. Two aspects of the restaurant that I notice the most are the friendly atmosphere and the happy people working there. Jud moved to Boulder from Oklahoma after attending college near his hometown. When he moved, he originally started working in arboriculture, the study of tree cultivation and management. After an unfortunate snowboarding accident, Jud broke his leg and could no longer handle the physical demands of his job. That’s when he stumbled upon his current job at Mountain Sun. “I always enjoy the vibe here, and love the people,” he says. You can definitely tell by his energy and the constant smile on his face that Jud truly loves his job. Make sure to bump into him on your next trip out Mountain Sun.
