While there are many places to do your holiday shopping in Boulder, there’s a fantastic place in Denver that’s worth checking out too: The Source. Located in the developing RiNo neighborhood, The Source is a unique market housed inside a former brick foundry building from the 1880s. Opened just last year, it’s a thriving collective of food and design retailers offering a distinctively local dining and shopping experience seven days a week.

This weekend you can attend The Source’s indoor Holiday Market to do your last minute shopping. There will be various local vendors, in addition to the regular merchants, selling an assortment of items from artisanal food to collectible art and clothing. Participating vendors include: Ritual Chocolate, Doozie Jewelry, Kid Robot, and Long I Pie.

And my favorite thing about The Source’s Holiday Market? You can peruse and shop will you drink a delicious cup of Boxcar Coffee! Boxcar’s coffee shop and roastery is located conveniently in The Source so you can enjoy their wonderful coffee, and even pick up a bag of freshly roasted beans, while you do the rest of your holiday shopping.

Yummy coffee plus a special shopping experience means that visiting The Source this weekend is definitely worth the drive down to Denver. Skip the mall and go to The Source’s Holiday Market event instead, going on this Saturday the 20th & Sunday the 21st, from 10am-6pm.
