In light of the recent tragedy in Colorado Springs, we would like to discuss some shootings that took place in Boulder County.  Then we will share some thoughts on why shootings explode into social consciousness and then, just as quickly, expire. Boulder Unleashes New Leash Laws for Pet Owners

If you’re still looking for a Christmas gift to get your friends with dogs, it may be wise to give them a leash. That, or maybe some classes. Effective on January 1st, Boulder will be introducing new requirements for the Voice and Sight Control program. What are the new requirements?
