The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Colorado increased by 10 cents overnight, setting a new high for the state. According to new AAA Colorado data, the average price of a gallon of gas in Colorado is $4.72 as of Tuesday, June 7.

In Colorado, gas is now 45 cents higher than a week ago and $1.55 higher than a year ago. On Monday, the statewide average was $4.62, $4.27 the previous Tuesday, and $4.05 a month ago. On Tuesday, June 7, the price of a gallon of diesel in Colorado reached a new high of $5.46.
