Located conveniently in the middle of downtown lies the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. There you will find various exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, and photographs, but most importantly heat! Right now, BUY is one of the featured exhibits and it contains paintings from Colorado-based Sharon Feder. She has complied artwork based around “big-box stores” like Target and IKEA.

What’s a better way to stay warm than to dance your butt off? Head on over to the two great concert venues that Boulder has to offer and check out some of the shows! There is usually a concert going on almost every night of the week. Some pretty big names like Run DMT and Spoon are soon to arrive at the Fox Theatre. Or if movies are more your thing, Warren Miller Entertainment is featuring their new ski movie at the Boulder Theater.

Feeling a little theatrical? Head over to CU’s Wesle Chapel at 7:00 p.m. for a one-woman show called “My Name is Rachel Corrie”. This informative and heart wrenching play captures the life of an American Peace Activist who was killed in Gaza. Admission is only $10.
