Looking Back in Boulder 2015: Christmas Weekend Nightlife
Halls are decked, carolers are taking to the streets and families are celebrating their traditions. For those who do not celebrate the holiday, hopefully today still comes as a brief reprieve from work. If you find yourself out on the town, looking for something to do this eve, you can always head to downtown Boulder.
The Dark Horse Bar and Grill is having a Karaoke night this Christmas Eve. They are featuring pints of Odells for $4.00 and Smirnoff vodka, flavored or plain for $3.00. Go sing your heart out, let loose the performer within.
As stockings are stuffed and wrapping paper is torn away and falls on the floor, The Dark Horse Bar and Grill will be celebrating Christmas Day by having BINGO night. They will have $4 New Belgium’s, $3.00 Long Island Ice Tea’s and Smirnoff for $2.50. See if you can win more presents.
At 9:00pm on Saturday, the Bohemian Biergarten will be having the Marcus Lucas Show. He is promoting his documentary, StateDinners. It’s a look at the culture of the United States.
Sunday the Bohemian Biergarten will continue to bring jollies at the weekly Best Comedy in Town show. The show starts at 7:00pm. You won’t want to miss it.
After getting in some giggles, head to the Gold Hill Inn. Gipsy Moon takes their playfully delightful sound to the stage with the Good Time Travelers. Their performance begins at 8:00pm.
The nightlife of the city has quieted down for the Christmas weekend but there is still fun to be had. Have a very Happy Holiday Boulder!
