Snarf: eat or drink quickly or greedily

What does an obscure name, wacky logo, and bright pinks and blues bring to mind?

Snarf’s, of course! The sandwich shop based out of Boulder, Colorado has made a name for itself and spread to locations across the country because of its high quality ingredients and fresh baked bread. The high points of any trip have to be their made-in-house spicy pepper blend (which you can buy jarred–something I only recently learned that has changed my life) and their crispy-on-the-outside chewy-on-the-inside bread. The bread is sourced from Bluepoint Bakery, a local shop in Denver, and rumor has it that Snarf’s owner Jimmy spent years developing the recipe with Bluepoint to ensure that your toasty bread is hot and fresh every time. Snarf’s also caters to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, making this a slam dunk for any Boulder foodie.

The line at Snarf’s gets long around lunchtime, so be sure to give yourself time or order ahead; either way, you’re sure to be met with smiling staff that is more than happy to accommodate requests and answer any questions. All locations are chock-full of local flair, including flyers for local events and bands, and several locations have full bars so you can sit back and enjoy a local craft beer while watching the game, surrounded by great people and a great atmosphere.
