This dynamic couple moved to the Boulder area ten years ago after meeting in Seattle and tying the knot. Almost every day, rain (or snow) or shine, Lydia takes her dog, Jack, to Chautauqua Park for some outside play time. Living only a short drive from the park, she has great access to all of the trails and wide open space that the park has to offer. Mountain lions and other wild animals have been making appearances throughout the country as there has been less human activity due to coronavirus limitations. This has especially been seen in Boulder, where mountain lions have been trekking into people’s backyards. This week, two lions were caught on camera in the snow near the center of the city. Denver hit a new record low on Monday at 15 degrees, beating the previous record of 17 degrees in 1933. With the cold temperatures has brought snow across the front range, and more to come on Thursday this week.
