The reality of how the government shutdown is affecting the county as a whole is continuing to sink in. When the shutdown will actually come to an end is very much open to interpretation. President Donald Trump has even stated that the shutdown might continue for months, or even years, if he does not receive funding for the border wall. A day exploring is never a day wasted! It’s even better when you find yourself off trail. This fulltime student took a break from studying to get out and enjoy the beautiful countryside Colorado has to offer. After hiking a trail in the Flatirons, he decided to go off route and scramble up a fallen tree. It is always nice to get away from it all, find a nice place to relax off the beaten path, and soak up every ounce of nature.  Read More
