“Think Big, Act Smallish” is the motto of local ad agency Madwell. They think of themselves as a tiny little giant agency: tiny and little because they are tiny and little enough to be able to deeply pay attention to their clients, but giant because they believe they have the ability to make a giant impact.

Madwell has stated, “Our integrated team is shortening the runway between smart, interesting brands and smart, beautiful creative that can work in any medium.” They believe technology is so big in our current world that it breaking the barriers between mediums. In this type of world, they believe that a strong singular message is key to becoming a strong brand.

They have an all-star team with a specific process to help represent their client’s brand in every medium, to perfect maintain their message. They start by analyzing cultural patterns to identify creative opportunities. They use qualitative and quantitative analysis, brand auditing as well as conversation with their client’s consumers. They then use their key insights from brand positing, messaging strategy and campaign development to connect the dots and create a strong course of action. Then they bring it all to life using their skills in production design, film, media planning, and social content. They then signal it all in and are able to measure their work in numbers using data analysis and number crunching. They answer the questions about how their campaign did, seeing if their media strategy worked and that all their strategies were optimized. From there they use those answers to see what to do next.
