Originally from Portland, Oregon, Garrett has always had a love for the mountains and the outdoors. Seven years ago, he relocated with his wife, Julie, to Denver and quickly realized that the city life wasn’t for them. After a couple short years in Denver, Garrett and his wife moved to Niwot in Boulder County where they could escape the busy city lifestyle and settle down in the countryside. “I see us staying there for quite some time,” he said. This Florida native is loving her new life in Colorado! Meet Stephanie, a junior year economics major at CU Boulder. She moved out here when she started college three years ago and says she has no intention of moving back to the East Coast. “I love the weather here, I love the people I’ve met, I love the mountains, I love everything about where I am,” she said.
