How Cold IS negative 10 degrees F, -23 degrees C?

43 Degrees F. 6 deg C. is more than 50 degrees F above our lows of the last couple of days. For perspective, think of that as similar to going from 60 deg F to 110 deg. F. 15 deg C to 43 deg. C. Try BBQ on a day when it is 50 or 60 degrees colder than a summer BBQ!  Try cooking in your oven at 350 deg. F instead of a desired 400 Deg F. BIG DIFFERENCE!
