Why I Choose Hemp

May 20th, 2020

As a Cannabis Athlete and someone who believes health is wealth, I’m consistently looking at my nutritional intake and hemp seeds are one of the most nutritious seeds in the world. My friend and professional MMA fighter, Adam Meredith, also consumes hemp as one of his primary protein sources. They are a complete protein and contain all of the essential amino acids our bodies need to survive, including the 10 we must get from our diet. They are also packed full of vitamins, enzymes, and have a perfect ratio of essential fats omega 3 and 6. Hemp seeds are easily digestible and have no known allergens.... Read More

Here are a few tips I’ve learned to help you train as a... Read More

CU Boulder Professor Says People Exercising Outdoors Should Be Farther Than 6 Feet Apart

April 1st, 2020

Jose Jimenez, a professor of chemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder, says that people exercising outdoors, an activity that is allowed under Gov. Polis’ stay-at-home order, should be exercising much farther than the designated 6 feet apart. Jimenez said, “The best analogy is when someone is smoking tobacco or marijuana. Think about how many times you have walked by people and smelled tobacco or pot smoke that someone else had exhaled. Often, those people were farther away than six feet.” “If that happens, we are inhaling the contents of someone’s lungs with limited dilution.... Read More
