Katrina is a yoga instructor who loves nothing more than answering questions from yogis and not-yet-yogis about their place in the yoga practice. From discovering what kind of yoga is best for a particular person to helping veterans find peace and recovery, she's your yoga source.
With a B.A. in journalism from DePaul University, Katrina is excited to offer more writing around yoga and, in particular, yoga for veterans. You can find her regular public classes at CorePower Yoga and Yoga Pod in Boulder and her veterans-only class at the Boulder Veteran Center. She loves telling stories, nerding out on yoga philosophy, offering gratitude practices, building community, and guiding you on your path to self-discovery.
When she's not teaching or writing, you can find Katrina petting all the puppies, reading, dancing at festivals, kickboxing, or playing in the mountains.
