9/11 Commemorative Ceremonies in Colorado

This year will be the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, and Colorado and other states across the country will be participating in commemorative ceremonies to respect those who lost their lives in the towers and the brave first responders at the scene. The Colorado Memorial Stair Climb in Denver will host its 11th annual event honoring the 343 FDNY firefighters killed on 9/11. The event will be held at Red Rocks Amphitheater, and participants will climb 110 flights of stairs to represent the 110 stories of the World Trade Center.
