Motto: “Never Stop Growing” (Balfour)

1. Grab some ice cream at Sweet Cow

A fan favorite, Sweet Cow is a Colorado based, small-batch ice cream shop, and its original location is in Louisville! Sweet Cow also has a food truck that travels around Colorado. This location is home to tons of seating and lights, and is a lovely place to hang out on warm summer afternoons. Their flavors are always changing, so there’s never a reason not to stop by!

2. Have a date night at Cinebarre

If you want to have your cake and eat it too–while watching a movie–Cinebarre is the place to go. Cinebarre is a new kind of movie theater that serves full meals, popcorn, and alcoholic drinks during the movie. Just place your order before the movie starts, or at any point during the movie if you get hungry, and enjoy your food throughout. Cinebarre plays all the top movies that are out right now.

3. Take your furry friend to the Louisville community dog park

louisville community dog park

Louisville is home to many parks, but if you want somewhere specific for your dog to interact with other dogs (or for you to interact with other dog lovers), take them over to the Louisville community dog park in southeast corner at 955 Bella Vista Drive. There is also another separate off-leash area in Davidson Mesa Open Space, but there may not be as many other dogs to interact with.
